Orchid Doctor offers the following Returns Policy:
For any product you receive damaged, we will gladly replace as long as Orchid Doctor was contacted within a timely manner of product delivery and there is proof of damage. Whenever possible, we ask that delivery driver be notified at time of delivery of damage. For all other returns, we have a 15 day money back return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please be aware, we can not refund shipping. You will need to call customer service, or email: OrchidDoctor@Verizon.Net to receive an RMA (return approval code). Failure to receive this code, prior to returning product to us could result in delays of return and in some circumstances void a return. Shipping Polices:
United Parcel Service (UPS) is our choice shipper for all pottery to ensure the safe and efficient arrival of your order. UPS offers Orchid Doctor and our customers up to the minute, accurate pricing, as well as tracking ability. Other types of shipping are available for other items. Please contact customer service at (610) 209-5737 or OrchidDoctor@verizon.net with any questions about shipping. Note on Live Plant Shipping We ship live plants on Mondays and Tuesdays only. If the buyer desires non plant products to be shipped seperately, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping may be delayed during any periods of extreme weather. If this should occur, Orchid Doctor will contact the buyer.
