Store Policies
Orchid Doctor offers the following Returns Policy:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase date at buyers expense.
- Orchid Doctor will replace any product damaged in shipping, however we ask that we be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Plants are not returnable. We ship only healthy, vibrant plants. However we realize that from time to time damage in shipping occurs and we will replace plants that arrive damaged. Please notify us when receiving if there are any signs of damage.
- All returns must be pre-approved. Please call us or email us.
- Please keep damaged material, it may be subject to shipper inspection or we may ask for photos.
Shipping Policy:
We are currently using UPS and the U.S. Postal Service as our carriers of choice. Please read the following notes: - Plants will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service 99% of the time. If you think you are in the 1% please contact us in advance for questions. Sorry, we only ship plants to the lower 48 states.
- Pottery must be shipped via UPS as it is too heavy for USPS and pottery will not be shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada.
- Our apologies to our Northern Neighbors: Canadian orders will incur an additional S&H surcharge of $10 on orders less than $100. Unfortunately this has become necessary.
